CLOTHOS has the priority objective of customers satisfaction by providing services that meet their needs, specifications and requirements. In order to achieve this goal, it has a committed multidisciplinary technical team and a management system based on optimizing processes and resources.

At CLOTHOS we are aware that in order to meet financial targets, the company should not only pursue its own profits but also take into account the impacts of its activity on the Environmental therefore the protection of the Enviornment is a determining factor in the course of our activity “Consultancy Services in studies, projects and technical assistance  of civil and industrial works, building and the Environment”.

This system also has the following objectives:

• Compliance with the requirements offered to our customers and with standing environmental legislation as well as other requirements to which the organization subscribes.
• Efficient management and control of the service.
• Ongoing improvement as a basic principle for action and the prevention of pollution.
• Efficient allocation of duties, resources and responsabilities.
• Heightening the awareness, training and motivation of the company´s personnel regarding the importance of the implementation and functioning of a Quality and Environmental Management System.
• Adequate management of resources.
• Customer fidelity.

All of the people that work on behalf of our organization are responsible for protection of the Environment. For this reason CLOTHOS ensures that they are aware of and trained in environmental matters and regarding the Quality and Environmental Management System to which the organization is committed.

The Management has entrusted management to the Head of Quality and Environmental Management. The Environmental Management activity is supported and the necessary authority is delegated to ensuere that the Quality and the Environmental Management System is put into practice and maintained.

Quantifiable quality and environmental targets that are coherent with this Policy will be drawn up and revised on a regular basis by the General Management.

By means of the dissemination by the Head of Quality and Environmental Management of the policy and targets proposed at all levels of the organization and the distribution of the documents that apply at each level in the various posts, it is possible for all of the staff that have an influence on the Quality and Environmental management to know and commit themselves to the basic guidelines of the System.

The Quality and Environmental Management Policy shall be revised on a regular basis at the System revision meeting by the Management.

In order to ensure conformity with our policy CLOTHOS has adopted and implemented a Quality and Environmental Management System on the basis of the requirements of standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001 and UNE-EN-ISO-14001 for all of the company’s activities.
